Most clients describe the treatment as mildly uncomfortable rather than painful.
A topical numbing cream is applied before and throughout the procedure to help keep you comfortable.
You don't need to decide before your appointment. During your consultation, Gina will assess your facial features, skin type, and desired outcome before recommending the most suitable technique—whether that's Machine Hair Strokes, Combination Brows, or Ombre/Powder Brows.
Your initial appointment takes approximately 3 hours and includes your consultation, brow mapping or lip design, a 30-minute numbing process, and the cosmetic tattoo procedure.
No. Your initial treatment is booked separately from your touch-up appointment. Most clients return within 2–3 months for a touch-up to perfect the healed results and improve pigment longevity.
Results vary depending on your skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, and skincare routine. Most clients book a colour refresh every 1–3 years to keep their brows or lips looking fresh.
Possibly. Before booking, please send clear, full-face photos taken in natural daylight so Gina can assess your existing cosmetic tattoo. If suitable, your appointment will be booked as a Cover-Up/Correction treatment.
You may be suitable if you:
Are 18 years or older
Are not pregnant or breastfeeding
Do not have any transmissible blood-related conditions such as Hepatitis or HIV/AIDS
Do not have eczema, psoriasis, or keloid scarring in the treatment area
Are not currently undergoing chemotherapy
Do not have sunburn in the treatment area
If you're unsure whether you're suitable, please get in touch before booking.
For the best healed results, please follow these pre-care guidelines:
Wait at least 4 weeks after Botox or filler in the treatment area.
Stop using Retinol, Retin-A, AHAs, or other active skincare products on the treatment area for at least 4 weeks before your appointment.
If you've taken Roaccutane (or similar medication), you must wait between 6-12 months before undergoing cosmetic tattooing.
Ensure the treatment area is fully healed if you've recently experienced sunburn.
Detailed pre-care instructions will also be provided before your appointment.
Your brows or lips will go through a healing process over the following weeks. During this time, the colour may appear darker before softening as it heals. You'll receive detailed aftercare instructions to help you achieve the best possible results.

Yes. Both packages include your essential 8-week touch-up appointments for brows and lips.

A Korean Lash Lift is an advanced lifting technique that curls your natural lashes from the root, creating a beautifully lifted, longer-looking appearance without lash extensions.
Most clients enjoy beautifully lifted lashes for 6–8 weeks, depending on their natural lash growth cycle.
No. When performed professionally and followed with proper aftercare, a lash lift is safe for your natural lashes
Yes. You can wear mascara after your lash lift, however waterproof mascara should be avoided as it can affect the longevity of the lift and make removal more difficult. Tubing mascara is recommended for the best results and easier cleansing.
It depends on your goals. A Korean Lash Lift enhances your natural lashes with minimal maintenance, while extensions add extra length and volume.
There's no downtime, but you'll need to keep your lashes dry and avoid steam, oils, and eye makeup for the first 24 hours to achieve the best results.
Most people are suitable candidates. During your appointment, Gina will assess your natural lashes to ensure the treatment is right for you.
Please arrive with clean lashes free from mascara, eyeliner, or eye makeup during your appointment if possible.
Most clients return every 6–8 weeks to maintain their beautifully lifted lashes.
